Dodgers Digital Series

Today I was lucky enough to be one of 14 bloggers, tweeters and/or instagramers to be chosen to attend the Dodgers Digital Series taken place at Dodger Stadium. Today was also Clippers night, and if you bought a ticket in the All You Can Eat Right Field Pavilion you got a Dodgers Clipper hat.

Field Level

I showed up at the Stadium at 4pm and walked into the Stadium Club from parking lot D. Josh Tucker was our host and took us through the United Club hallway and we we’re able to take a quick tour into the Vin Scully Press Box. We then made our way down to the dugout club and onto the field for batting practice.

Watching Dodgers batting practice from 30 feet behind home plate on the infield grass was pretty awesome. Our group got to meet Kemp and Either as they walked up shook our hand and said “bloggers huh?”. Either was real exited to show off his custom glasses, which when held up in the sun you could see the opaque Dodger blue.

I didn’t remember to bring anything blank to sign, so I didn’t bring anything back. I did however bring a Sands rookie card, but couldn’t get close enough for him to sign it. Maybe next time..

After standing on the field for almost and hour and a half we made the journey back through the clubhouse hallway and up to the United Club Suites where we had suite 218.

Quick Game Highlights

I got to see my first inside the park homerun. Sorry Kemp and boo Rockies, but Young got around those bases pretty fast. But like always, Kemp was in beastmode and powered a three run blast going yard to left field to take back the lead early on.

I enjoyed the rest of the game and chatting with my new Dodger fan friends. Check out a links to some of the sites, feeds and tweeters below:
